“We have had such success with our stage shows that TV seems like the natural progression for us, and it's incredibly exciting to think that we'll be able to reach a whole new audience who can enjoy the improvised comedy as much as we enjoy doing it."
Scott Thomas, Director of Improvisation Corporation
Thomas is a professional stage performer who has performed with theatrical groups throughout the Maritime region in comedy, Shakespeare, and more. He’s branched into directing, and currently co-hosts First Local on Rogers Television.
FUN-ZAI! also stars Jay Rawding, a director and performer who has worked extensively with the Saint John Theatre Company, its second stage, adn Theatre on the Edge events.
Other cast includes longtime performers Anthony Stuart, Lisa Flower, Nicole Slipp, Chris Walsh, Keith Dickson, Steve Crane and Josh Britten. As the Improvisation Corporation likes to say, with ages ranging from 19 to 35 and skills ranging from musical theatre, stand-up, mime, karaoke, hip hop impersonators, and a general love of working without nets, this group is poised to blow apart the NB comedy scene!
