Saint John, NB, May 19  2004 - Longtime ATV reporter Jackie Foster is now with Global Television.

Kevin Babin, New Brunswick News Supervisor for Global Television, praises Foster, saying, "Jackie has a good knowledge of people and issues, and what makes this province tick. She’s a good journalist, and tireless when she’s on a story."

After graduating from Acadia University, Foster went to Fanshawe College in London, Ontario as a student in the Broadcast Journalism program, then spent four years as a reporter with ATV / CTV, feeding southern NB stories to the network. 

As the Fredericton-based reporter for Global, Foster will walk the political beat, in addition to covering business and community issues.
